Our Return Policy

At Statement Steals, every item is carefully authenticated and described in detail before listing. Because we specialize in pre-owned luxury goods, all sales are considered final sale unless the item arrives significantly not as described.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests only in the following circumstances:

• The item received is significantly different from its description or photos
• The item arrives with undisclosed damage not noted in the listing
• The item cannot be verified as authentic

How to Request a Return

If you believe your order qualifies for a return, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at the email address on your order confirmation. Include your order number and photos of the issue.

Return Process

• Approved returns must be shipped back within 5 days of approval
• Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and accessories included
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return

Non-Returnable Items

Items that show signs of use after delivery, are missing original components, or were returned outside the stated window will not be accepted.
